Materials Experimental animals ICR mice, weighing 20 ± 2g and provided by Changchun Yisi Experimental Animal Research Center, were raised in separate cages, eating and drinking freely and at 20-25 ℃ for 5 days to adapt to the environment.
Drugs and reagents Schisandra polysaccharide with a purity of 50% was provided by Food Science and Engineering Laboratory, College of Forestry, Beihua University.

The loose amorphous straw material was compressed into high-density fuel in a certain shape, greatly reducing the storage and transportation costs, enhancing the fuel quality.
Then, water mist is sprayed to the dry sorghum straw in order to get the straw material to corresponding moisture, and then it is sealed and stored for 3-4 days, so that the moisture and material are fully mixed.
