Abstract: The optimization of the parameters in high-speed milling was analyzed based on the principal component analysis and the Taguchi method.
In this paper, 9CrWMn hardened steel was used as experimental material, the cutting force, cutting power and the surface roughness parameters were selected as the quality characteristics which turned to the comprehensive quality characteristics by the principal components analysis, and then the Taguchi method was used to obtain the optimal range of parameters. 1 Optimization method introduction Taguchi method is a kind of quality engineering method which can effectively determine the production process parameters or design parameters based on experimental means [2].

Materials and Methods Cell culture Three ml of fresh marrow cells was aspirated from anterior iliac crest of the osteoarthritic patients and cultured in a humidified atmosphere of 95% air with 5% CO2 at 37 o C.

In order to distinguish between these components, the appearance of each component color should be modified, the weight of the various components should be accurately defined, the weight can be determined by directly inputting the weight value, defining the type or density of the material.

Due to the material of the product, only incomplete point cloud is obtained with a structured light system (SLS) consists of a camera and a projector.
However, the part material is black plastic of high reflectivity, only incomplete point cloud is obtained considering both of the point amount and noises as shown in Fig. 5.

Now, many metal hydroxides or oxides have been used as electrode materials for pseudo-capacitors, such as RuO2 [5], Mn2O3 [6], Ni(OH)2 [7].
Therefore, a firm nanostructure with functional materials, large specific surface areas and excellent stability is benefit to improve the cycle life, power and energy densities of materials for supercapacitors.
For further investigation of the electrochemical diffusion process of the prepared electrode materials, EIS spectras were measured.
