In the machining process, because the machine works in high speed, materials has harder strength and cutting temperature is higher, so the machine must have some good characteristics, such as good rigidity, large power.
Therefore, study the machining process should accord to the characteristics of the tool and hard materials.
At the same time because small coefficient of thermal conductivity of titanium alloy, cutting to the high temperature, so the material is typical of hard-cutting materials.

Introduction
Access to good engineering construction materials is a basic requirement for sound engineering works [1].
The test is only suitable for materials with a maximum particle size of no more than 200 mm due to the plunger.
The outcomes provide a clear understanding of the soil’s characteristics and its performance potential in various engineering applications such as subgrade, sub-base, and foundation materials.

Abstract.
The earthquake caused the surface material loose, displacement and alienation, caused farmland area decreases, quality drops, the degree of damage has a directed relation about the lithologic structure and stability of surrounding mountain.
● Adhere to the principles of people-oriented, respect nature, respect for the science.Post disaster reconstruction is a comprehensive engineering, including ecological ,economic, social, industrial, infrastructure, it should fully consider the carrying capacity of resources environment and local economic and cultural characteristics, through the scientific guidance, democratic decision-making, overall planning, step by step, in the process of reconstruction planning and reconstruction , comprehensively implementing the view of ecological civilization and scientific outlook on development.
●Combined with ecological restoration project and management of resource, environment.Ecological restoration and reconstruction is inevitably involved in departments of development and reform, water resources, environmental protection, land resources, forestry, construction, agriculture, transportation, science and technology, tourism, need to carry out inter-departmental cooperation, establish a unified planning and implementation mechanism, it has a solid organization and guarantee that can solve the contradiction including development and protection , the interest conflicts in processing different development goal, need to establish a coordination mechanism and evaluation system.

Innovation in textiles and clothing has embodied various combinations of new and existing materials to meet conventional needs of comfort and fashion.
Advances in materials science fused with the ongoing digital revolution and wireless communication infrastructure are leading to a convergence of electronics, flexible substrates, and new fields of application (e.g. entertainment, sport, and health care) to transform life experiences.
Materials should also be amenable to responsible material management and be consistent with an application’s regulatory needs (including at the end of a device’s service life).
A wide variety of new and conventional materials are being investigated and include: fine metal fibres and filaments, metal coated polymers, carbon and/or carbon coated filaments, conducting polymers and inorganic materials, sometimes combined into yarns with conventional textile fibres as routinely discussed elsewhere [2, 3].
A typical device will often utilise two or more conductive materials.

The material parameters of the multi-functional box are as follows: Table 1 Material properties of the multifunctional structure Materials T-300 C -C Polyimide Epoxyresin Density (Kg/m3) 1550 1800 1600 Specific heat (J/kg·K) 1707 2000 1800 Thermal conductivity (W/m·K) 0.95 100 0.25 10 The multi-function box structure mainly depending on the cooling of the substrate of the fin structure was identified at the beginning of the design.
The materials were chosen mainly taking into account both thermal performance and to meet the requirements of structural strength and the natural frequency of vibration.
The external packaging materials of the MCM chips are epoxyresin.
