It takes advantage of the influent pressure of make-up water, the return water pressure of recirculating water and the water level of clarifier to achieve zero artificial fossil energy consumption in the main process of recirculating cooling water treatment in power plant, which saves energy 345.4×104 kW every year compared with the traditional process (calculated by annual operation hours of 5500 h, 2×600 MW units). (3) The recirculating cooling water treatment process of low carbon & environmental protection transports the sludge-discharge from sludge concentration basin to the slurry tank of flue gas desulphurization system in power plant, which is used as raw materials for desulfurization to achieve the recycling of sludge-discharge from clarifier.
