High-k dielectric material, hafnium-oxide (HfOX) is used as the gate-oxide of the device.
TFTs with SWCNTs as the channel material having excellent electrical and mechanical properties are preferred instead of conventional TFTs based on organic materials [1,2,3] and amorphous silicon.
The dielectric constant of the HfOX material is found to be 12.

The G peak dispersion separates the materials into two types.
In materials with only sp2 rings, the G peak dispersion saturates at a maximum of ~1 600 cm-1, the G position in nanocrystalline graphite.
In contrast, in those materials also containing sp2 chains, particularly ta-C and ta-C:H, the G peak continues to rise past 1 600 cm-1 and can reach 1 690 cm-1 [15].

Introduction Since its novel structure, unique property, and far-ranging application, hyperbranched polymer is concerned by many scientists, and therefore it becomes one of the new synthetic polymer materials in the 21st century[1].
It is featured with compact, low viscosity, high solubility, and un-inclined to crystallization; the molecule itself is featured with nanometer size, its surface enriches a large number of active functional groups, and the performance required may be obtained by end-modified, therefore the polymer shows an excellent prospect in the high solid content coatings, plasticizers, photoelectric materials, resists, medical materials and other aspects[2], but it application in leather industry is rarely reported.
Experimental Materials and equipments.
Carbon spectrum peaks are changed from the two peaks of the raw materials into the existing 7 peaks, indicating that a variety of hyperbranched polymers is formed.

Adding other supporting materials can reduce the adverse effects in the curing process.
PFA and cinder acting as curing auxiliary materials, they mixed with cement together can be a new type of firming agent, which is effective in curing sludge of municipal wastewater plant [9].
PFA is similar pozzolanic materials, with inorganic ion-exchange properties and adsorption decolorization, it can absorb pollutants in sludge.

The charge is modeled using special purpose material model named High Explosive Burn characterized by the Jones-Wilkins-Lee EOS [2].
The shape of the explosive material is cut out from the domain defined by multi-material ALE elements using “initial volume fraction geometry” option.
Those materials are quite similar, however to compare them, the results must be scaled, see [7].

Experimental Details Materials.
The stiffness and rigidity of the material is normally associated with higher crystallinity index, and the higher tensile strength of nanocellulose is expected to be more effective for producing high-strength composite materials [10].
Thermal properties of cellulosic nanomaterials extracted from various starting materials.
However, their thermal resistance still remained satisfactory for the thermal processing with other polymeric materials under typical processing temperature.
