Compressive residual stress, which depends on preferred orientation [6], substrate material [7], the properties of interface layer [8], coating thickness [9] and deposition process [10], can reach values up to several GPa in TiN coatings, It is well known that compressive residual stress has beneficial effects on the fatigue life, crack propagation and stress corrosion of materials, whereas tensile residual stress reduces their performance capacity [11], but too high compressive stress may also cause coating delamination [12].
The variation of residual stress with coating thickness can be used in industry to instruct the material design.

Introduction Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has been widely used as one of the membrane materials, well-known for its excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability.
Domestic scientists have done a lot of researches about modification of PVDF membrane [13-16], which indicates that graft modification and blending of membrane materials are the main direction of future development of the hydrophilic membrane.
PVDF was purchased from Shanghai 3F New Material Co., Ltd., China.

In the process of simulation, the heat flow between the brake disc and the brake pad is set in the proportion of 8 to 2, the friction factor can be obtained by actual measurement, and the friction factor at 50km/h is 0.35; the brake disc is made of 4Cr5MoV1Si, the brake pad is made of Cu-based powder as metallurgy material.
The parameters of the materials used are shown in Table 2.

These materials belong to the extensively studied class of relaxor ferroelectrics, for which the characteristics of the ferroelectric phase transition (its smearing and temperature) and, hence, all the parameters are governed by the composition, i.e., the [Sr]/[Ba] concentration ratio [2,3].
