The simplest virtual reality system is consisted of sensors, virtual reality controllers and 3D model libraries, the sensors are the interface of the system, the user's actions will be captured by the sensors, and the corresponding feedback signal will be perceived by the sensor signal to the users; the 3D model libraries are constituted of the 3D models, virtual reality controls construct the corresponding virtual environment combined with 3D library materials, by the access of the users’ demand, and updated the generate environment based on the user's behavior.
Device simulation, because of its stringent requirements, the chemical equipment often can difficultly be felt, we should use virtual reality technologies to model their materials and dimensions, and use advanced rendering tools in the generation of the scenarios; 2.

The first mechanism is based on a particular low shear strength of the materials, which allows the lattice layers to slide against each other.
The lubricating effect of soft metals is achieved by the shearing of the contact materials.
This requires a comparatively low shear stress of the materials [13].

Sandwiched Wood-Plastic Composites with Flame-Retardant Skin Wen Lei1, a, Hong-ming Ma1,b and Yi Xu1,c College of Science,Nanjing Forestry University,nanjing210037,China aleiwen67@163.com,bnjfu-polymer@163.com,cnjfu01@21cn.com Keywords: wood plastic composites; basic magnesium sulfated whisker; wood flour; high density polyethylene; flame retardancy; mechanical properties Abstract.
Basic magnesium sulfated whisker(MOS) is a new kind of powdered material developing rapidly and attracting much attentions from people in recent years.
Experimentals Main raw materials wood flour(WF):60mesh,from Siyang county,Jiangsu province;high density polyethylene(HDPE):Yangtze Petrochemical Co.Ltd,the resin has a melt index of 5.5g/10min and a density of 0.965g/cm3;basic magnesium sulfated whisker(MOS):WS-1,Yinkou WSK Chemistry Co.
Ltd Preparation of WPC The raw materials such as MOS and WF were dried at 105 oC for 4h before cooling to room temperature, MOS was then immersed in the KH550 dissolved in tap water(1:50,v/v) for 30min and dried until constant weight in an oven at 80 oC under vacuum. The modified MOS and HDPE were dry blended by the mass proportion of 40 to 60 first, then milled furthermore at 150℃ to make sure the two raw materials mix homogeneously, followed by milling the mixture into sheet which was 1mm in thickness. This sheet containing MOS and HDPE would be used as the skin of the sandwiched WPC.Then the sheet was cut into rectangular pieces which share the width and length of the cavity in the female mold to be compressed.
