Generally speaking, dielectric permittivity (ε) and magnetic permeability (μ) are both positive for natural materials.
A sharp dip, as in left-handed materials, was observed.
As for low-loss materials or LHMs, small errors or noise may cause when the reflection coefficient is close to zero [24].

Introduction
With the development of the science and technology and the civil engineering industry, concrete will still be the main building materials in the coming period.
High performance concrete consists of high quality raw materials with modern technology and meets the requirements of building and construction.
Materials Cement: P · O 42.5 cement, its performance index is in Table 1.
(5) Conservation conditions and age Von Fay etc. (1993) studied the freeze resistance of fly ash concrete in different curing conditions and different amount of binding materials.
The results showed that the wet curing was conducive to frost resistance of fly ash concrete, and frost resistance improved significantly with the increase of cementitious materials.

Abstract.
Next to weight reduction, lightweight materials like fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites (FRTC) may also improve mechanical properties of vehicle body parts.
Nanomodified materials and a new tool concept for heat pressing are going hand in hand and may lead to the technology’s breakthrough.
