It is beneficial to fulfill the cutting performance of each part of the drill major cutting edges, rationally use the tool materials and prolong service life.
And the solid lubrication coated tools can solve the machining problems of the materials.
The solid lubricating coating of the cutting tool is mainly composed by the solid lubricant materials with the low coefficient friction, such as MoS2, DLC, GLC, etc.
