Materials and methods All melting points were obtained on a Büchi Melting Point B-540 apparatus (Büchi Labortechnik, Flawil, Switzerland) and were uncorrected.

The basic process of fruit defect detection According to the fruit planting and production situation and the season when we do the experiment, red Fuji apple in domestic is chose as the object, namely the experimental materials.
As shown in Fig.1, the basic process detection of infrared and visible image fusion method is used to detect the experimental materials.
