In the field of PZT-driven actuator design, FEM is particularly suitable for modeling the complex geometry, irregular shapes with a combination of different materials [9].

MATLAB and AMESIM simulation The simulation block is shown in Fig.5.The upstream gas source pressure is 8bar ,after regulation through the valve(the total flow area converted is 9000mm2), the gas come into the steel material container whose volume is 106L,the pressure sensor pick the pressure of the container and send the value to the controller, after comparing the real value with the set value , the PID controller controls the valve open or close in order to keep the gas in the test container be a stable value near the set value.
