It is clear that with a protrusion, the filling ratio is much better, due to the pre-distribution of material.
The velocity vector points to the housing wall, which implies that the material flows partially to the housing wall.
To avoid this problem, R9 is designed to a smaller one in first sizing, which can increase the back flow resistance of material and make more material flow into small fillets.

The relationship between of CT number and volumetric strain When X-ray transmitting material, the intensity of X-ray obeys the following equation. )exp(0 x II mρµ−= (1) Where, 0I and I are incident intensity and the transmitted through material intensity of X-ray respectively, mµ is the absorption value per unit mass of material, ρis the volumetric density and x is the path length of radiation beams.
In fact, rather the damping per unit length of the transverse material is used and related to the medical scale expressed in Hounsfield-Units.

Ever before, clay is often taken as the material of the core of earth rockfill dam.
More and more construction experiences in China and abroad show that it is a trend to use gravelly soil as core material in high earth rockfill dam [1].
Although many scholars and engineers paid attention to the gravelly soil as core material recently [2,3,4,5], few of them were on the behavior for soils with different percentages of gravel by triaxial test.
Test materials and methods The tested material in this paper is a cohesive soil mixing with gravel, and the cohesive soil and gravel were taken from the site of Shuangjiangkou earth rockfill dam to be constructed in western China.

However, each approach also has limitations either in capability for higher aspect ratio features, material compatibility or cost.
Advanced polymer materials that are effective in preventing pattern collapse during wafer cleaning, suitable for removal by dry ashing processes, both plasma and thermal, are presented.
The ability to remove sacrificial polymer fill material from the wafer pattern without using dry plasma ashing is advantageous when surface damage or material compatibility is a concern.
A key property of thermally activated materials considered for pattern collapse prevention include phase change properties that allow the polymer to be cured and stable within one temperature range while completely degradable in a second temperature range.

Mechanism of Diamond Wire Saw Slicing SiCp-Al Composites SiCp/Al composites are a kind of two-phase materials with Al matrix and SiC reinforced particles.
The machining way of diamond wire saw slicing SiCp-Al composites is different from that of diamond wire saw slicing ordinary single elastic-plastic material.
This is because that workpiece feed speed increases, the material removal rate increases.

Research on Fault Diagnosis and Application for Rolling Element Bearing Based on Fuzzy Analysis Xiaoguang yu 1, a, Jian liu 1,b 1 School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, University of Science and Technology Liaoning, Anshan, China, 114051 ayuxiaoguang58@163.com, bliujianpeter2015@yahoo.com.cn Keywords: Rolling Element Bearing; Fault Diagnosis; Variation Signal; Fuzzy Theory Abstract.
After a large number of material and testing data showed that the following parameters could be regarded as characteristic values of time domain diagnoses: l Effective value l Peak value l Kurtosis value l Margin value l Skew value 2.2 Frequency domain parameter extraction [3] [4] In this article, we used following characteristic quantity to describe power spectrum and its changes l Gravity frequency of power spectrum l Power spectrum variance l Mean square frequency The application of fuzzy theory in rolling bearing faults diagnoses 3.1 The theory and model of fuzzy logic faults diagnosis We try to setup fuzzy relation matrix between faults and symptoms before diagnoses.
Its definition is as following: The detailed way of defined membership is to set value to symptom parameter subjectively, which is based on fault level of bearing at every collecting point and past experience and reference material.
