Nanotechnology is the study of science of materials at nanoscale which help in enhancing the performance of processes.
Nanoparticles are the nano-sized materials in the range of 1-100 nm.
According to the particles size, they are used for applications in many research areas, such as, pharmaceuticals, materials, energy, and environments.
This may be in terms of development of better materials, drilling fluids, chemical agents for EOR or for exploration and development of an oilfield.

Because there are a large number of scattered distribution of micro-cracks in the ice materials, which cause fracture damage on ice.
Understand the fracture process can be expressed the causal relationship of ice materials broken in loads.
Toughness test methods based on energy balance theory In the study it is very difficult to calculate directly the cemented force of ice materials in the fracture process, but it is relatively easy to consider from the view of energy[5-7].

However, sensory characteristics play a key role because they influence consumer health, choice and preference in material industry [2].
Furthermore, the quality control in material production refers to sensory quality evaluation.
The presented approach is well suited to quality classification of the material products for important corporate goal in a competitive environment.
