The goal of this work is to apply the matching asymptotic method combined with a variational
approach to study the initiation and the propagation of a cohesive crack from the tip of a
preexisting notch following the Dugdale cohesive force model when the characteristic length of the
material (included in the Dugdale model) is small by comparison with the characteristic length of the
body.

Although candidate materials for the intended application typically include wrought AISI 415 and cast CA6NM, a martensitic 410 stainless steel (SS) was especially selected in this study due to its greater crack sensitivity.

Modification of General Army-civilian Equipment Expropriation Business Process
Under condition of information-based warfare, demands and varieties of equipment materials all have a great growth, therefore it has could not meet the needs of materials only by the army support in the future, especially for the needs of general army-civilian equipment.
So we must redesign and integrate all of the equipment materials.

Abstract: For the difficulty of calculating the size of the Pre-Manufactured hole of flanging, the formula was derived by using the theory of equal line length and the theory of equal area.
The theory of equal area point out that the material thickness is constant, we can obtain the maximum of the size of the Pre-Manufactured hole.
(7) Generally speaking, in the actual flanging forming process, The thickness of the material and the length of the internal radial line change at the same time.
However, in the flanging process, the material thickness of forming area change more clearly than the length of the internal radial line.
