Value stream mapping (VSM) is a tool to help visualize the entire production process, representing both the material and the information flows [3, 4].
The highest percentage of the total systemwide cost incurred as the inventory cost comprises costs of the storage of raw material, work in process (WIP) and the finished goods.
On the lead time, inventories of raw material and finished goods, along with the WIP in the rubber glove supply chain, should be analyzed.
Conclusions Lean supply chain management can help identify information and material flows through the supply chain using value stream mapping (VSM) as a tool.

In order to evaluate the influence of polluted freshwater on the behaviors of the metal materials, in this paper, the corrosion behavior of HSn70-1A brass, which was selected as an important engineering metal material, were studied by electrochemical measurements.

By establishing the equation of these parameters, the heat transfer performance coefficient is converted into energy design parameter set: φ ={fin material, fin thickness, fin type, fin spacing, fin material, pipe diameter, pipe type, pipe spacing, distribution pattern, face velocity}.
According to the energy effectiveness pattern of air-conditioning refrigeration system, the energy-saving measures can be taken as: (1) using the high-efficiency compressor; (2) controlling the motor speed by frequency conversion technology; (3) optimizing heat exchanger structural parameters and layout mode and choosing the energy-saving materials to optimize heat exchanger coefficient; (4) choosing the refrigerant with better thermal function and cycling function et al.
