Both of the two methods used Al4C3, instead of Al as aluminum source.
According to our previous work [8], the melting temperature of B2O3 (460°C) is lower than that of Al (660°C), which can form a liquid circumstance before Al is melted.
Mixture I were blended with a Ti:Al:C molar ratio of 3:1.2:1; in contrast, Mixture II were blended with the same Ti:Al:C molar ratio but adding 5wt% of B2O3 as a low-temperature aid.

FA reduces the heat of hydration, the risk of cracking and the water demand of the cement paste, which improves the compactness of the cementitious matrix (Wang et al., 2020) (Zhao et al., 2015) (Sun et al., 2003) (Li et al., 2005).
(Kocak et al., 2014) (El Khadiri et al., 2002) discovered that fly ash particles accumulate between clinker grains to form nucleation seeds for crystallization of cement hydration products such as C-S-H.
The glassy fly ash particles make the mixture more homogeneous (El Khadiri et al., 2002), (Vu-An et al., 2019).

This value equals a previous result obtained in China's Loess Plateau based on data from 60 meteorological stations (R2 = 0.85) (Xin et al., 2011).
This pattern may be consistent with El Niño/La Niña episodes.
For example, a series of extreme rainfall events occurred in 1984 under the influence of El Niño episodes, based on the historical El Nino/La Nina episodes from 1950 to 2012 by NOAA.
Both 1984 and 2000 were associated with the El Niño phenomenon, which caused extreme rainstorms.
These appear to be associated with large-scale climate phenomena such as El Niño.

The study from Hill et al, 2007 proposed that tellurite glass possess a wide range of refractive indices which may be suitable for core clad structured fiber fabrication [1].
The advance properties of erbium ions had been proved by the previous study of El-Mallawany et al. on the optical properties of tellurite glass doped with erbium ions [3].
