Experimental material and method Experimental material is X80 pipeline steel, whose chemical compositions and mechanical property are following in table 1.
Thus the composition of inclusions inducing nucleation of intra-granular ferrite depends on deoxidation and desulfidation alloyed elements in the steel and welding materials.

Introduction SiC is an exceptionally attractive material for microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) due to its outstanding mechanical, chemical and electrical properties.
Currently, polysilicon is the dominant material in MEMS owing to high throughput deposition processes that yield films with favorable electrical and mechanical properties, thus setting the standard for materials such as SiC.
Poly-SiC films deposited simultaneously on both sides of the wafer 2 Title of Publication (to be inserted by the publisher) needed no additional etch mask material since the backside poly-SiC film could be patterned by RIE into etch masks.

An algorithm for generating 3mm tetrahedral mesh for welded metal bellows is adopted. 181 710 cells and 90466 nodes are divided for single layer bellows, 351460 cells and 185540 nodes are divided for double layer bellows.
Table 2 shows the material properties of welded metal bellows.
So, the material, the quality and the welding technology should be considered in the welded metal bellows designing.
