The milling process conditions are the workpiece material: 45 steel, blank dimension: 10 mm × 60 mm × 80 mm, machine tool: KVC800M four coordinates vertical processing center, cutter: cemented carbide general vertical milling cutter, whose diameter is 12 mm and spiral angle is 45°.
According to the cutters, workpiece material and bearing capacity of the machine tool used in the test, the machining parameters' value range as follows, back cutting depth ap: 0.05 ~ 0.35 mm, spindle speed n: 1800 r/min ~ 2700 r/min, feed vf : 250 mm/min ~ 600 mm/min, cutting width ae: 1 ~ 2.5 mm.

Introduction Since the random fluctuation of external loading on structure and the intrinsic non-uniformity of structural material, quality and ethnics, different capabilities are shown for the same kind of structures at the same service case.

Introduction Since the polymer materials appear, its flammability makes it in the using process having a lot of hidden trouble, it may release a lot of smoke and toxic gases that can cause unpredictable consequences[1].But because of the superior performance of polymer materials, people have to improve the flame resistance from taking the way whatever they could while using a large number of polymer materials, such as adding filler to the material, changing the composition and the structure of materials and adding flame retardant[2].Come to today, adding flame retardant has a better flame retardant effect than other ways, and has been the first choice to improve the flame resistance of polymer materials.
