Introduction
Because electric power, iron and steel, building materials, chemical fertilizer industry high speed development, the coal demand increases ceaselessly, cause coal market appears the situation that demand exceeds supply, coal mining in order to increase the production ability needs to be improved the main shaft of the lifting capacity, must transform to derrick.

The development of vehicle dynamics are inseparable with analytical mechanics, mechanics of materials, development of disciplines, structural dynamics.
The characteristics of the mathematical model is highly abstract model, but between the model and material object there is a strong similarity.

Acoustic Emission (AE) is defined as transient elastic waves produced from a rapid release of strain energy caused by a deformation or damage within or on the surface of a material.
Experiment for validation The belt conveyor (normally runs at a speed of 2rpm) of blast furnace plays an important role in metallurgical production for the supply of raw materials like ore and coke.
