Abstract.
Introduction For a long time, the visual characteristics of color has been one of the important issues in the field of color science, psychology and imaging technology, a large number of experimental and psychophysical experiments had be done to analyze the color information processes perceived by eyes, finally established the basic theory of colorimetry.
Color Management System (CMS) is an important technology which ensure accurate transmission between equipment, materials and workmanship.
Conclusion Although the CIE does not plan to launch an upgraded version based on the CIECAM02 color appearance model, researches for CIECAM02 color appearance model will continue for its excellent performance on prediction and broad application prospects in some field ,such as cross-media color reproduction, image science, imaging technology, medicine and so on.

In terms of theoretical studies on influencing factors of the development of e-commerce, Ma Qingguo (2000) declared that the electronic information market had a tremendous impact on the information flow, the people flow, the material flow and the capital flow and concluded that the information flow and the capital flow could be completely realized on the Internet; the people flow would be reduced; the material flow would be reorganized[2] .Sun Xudong (2003) believed that at the present stage, China was still in the initial development stage of the e-commerce and the third-party logistics market and logistics enterprises should provide satisfactory basic logistics services.
When there is no great breakthrough in the field of science and technology, the delivery and receiving time is relatively stable.

Meanwhile, it is also an important force to promote regional economic and cultural development.”2 Through increasing the related function establishment, education buildings can be the material carrier of resident’s re-education and village traditional cultural activity inheriting development, which will surmount the traditional function of providing students with places to study the stipulated curriculum.
The local-featured establishment created a favorable material basis for the national cultural heritage.
There are two functions of rural cultural center: one is a place where people study traditional culture, custom and order, the other is a transmission base where people study modern science & culture and modern civilization.
