Among various kinds of wide bandgap semiconductors, silicon carbide (SiC) attracts attention as material for power devices because of its high thermal capability.

The scope of the evaluation including site planning, energy and atmosphere, water saving, materials and resources, the indoor air quality and technology innovation.
This is the first evaluation system about the ecological housing in China, and it is formed by five sub- projects: the planning and design about the residential, energy and environment, the indoor environment quality, the water environmental in residential, materials and resources.
At the same time, the technology innovation and promotion level, and the energy-saving materials promotion level in the market play an important role to evaluate whether the energy-saving technology which used is feasible or not in the construction of towns and villages housing.

X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) was used to determine the composition of raw materials and final sintered filter body.
So the green body contains combustibles and other raw materials.
The particle sizes of combustible materials determine the effective pore size of final ceramic filter [2].
Results and Discussion The compositions of three different raw materials were identified by using XRF and are shown in Table 1.

A rising of the material thickness in the outer areas of a circular sheet metal blank is enabled by preventing the lateral material flow.
The displaced material is flowing laterally.
The material is plasticised up to a larger strain and more material is displaced into the mould.

The researach performed within the scope of this topic involved a large number of experiments, including tensile and bending tests, hardness and toughness, as well as metallography and fractography tests, in order to determine the mechanical properties of the materials and the welded joints in detail, along with their microstructures and their influence on the obtained test results.
These values correspond to the parent material, since fracture occurred in it (as expected).
While ANSYS offers numerous benefits in terms of fatigue crack growth simulation, it does not have the ability to allow crack growth through different materials (both in terms of mechanical properties and Paris coefficients), thus it was necessary to come up with an alternative way of achieving this goal.

Assuming that the material is linear elastic, do not involve the nonlinear characteristic in using the little deflection theory.
Prestressed modal analysis The spindle component is composed with spindle, bearing, and pulley .The material property of parts can be seen in Table.2.Model and simplify the spindle component before finite element analysis, the internal transmission parts of the spindle frame is not fully embodied in finite element model, only considering their distribution quality, the quality approximately added on the thickness of the spindle or the spindle frame, ignore the factors which have little influence in the structure dynamic characteristics and in quality, such as the little holes, notching, and small convex platform.

Abstract: Aimed at a new mining method of oil shale—Borehole Hydraulic Mining, the experiment platform for Borehole Hydraulic mining of oil shale is designed based on this, in order to evaluation of the effective damage to oil shale in different forms of jet, determine the economic and reasonable high-pressure jet parameters.
Considering the uneven of rock surface, the platen contacting with rock directly uses double layer materials- rubber plate and sheet steel, and they are connected with driving device through connecting sleeve and etc.

It can be concluded that the stress on the red zone of connecting sleeve is the largest (166.9MPa), while the allowable stress of the material is [s]=180MPa>166.9MPa, so the design meets the requirements.
