Influence of the additive amounts of reactive materials.
Besides, with the advance of modern science and technology and the innovation of electronics, a large amount of waste containing BFRs, such as waste printed circuit board and non-metal materials, waste TV plastic shells and polyurethane foam from waste refrigerators will be generated.
Thus, this study will also give a reference to the dehalogenation of these materials.

During electron beam penetrating materials, the peak PD of heat source is increased progressively as the effective radius of focused electron beam decreases in depth direction.
The materials used in welding experiments are magnesium alloy AZ61.
The peak temperature of weld bottom is high to about 600°C, which is higher than the melting point of materials.
Although the materials on the weld bottom are molten, the metal vapor plasma with high temperature is spouted out of the top-surface of weld to form a larger weld opening.

Single discharge experiments are done to explain the effects of the discharge current, the discharge duration, dielectric fluids or properties of used materials.
The more resolidified material is located at the crater edge, the less material is removed from the discharge spot.
Figure 7: Removed material at different flushing conditions After the drop of removed material on the tool electrode at 10 l/h the removed material increases with an increasing volume flow.

The benefit of this technology can be presented in the following two aspects: 1) reducing nutrients loading and making wastewater treatment plants easier to reach the required stringent discharge standard [2]; 2) making use of struvite, which serves as a slow release fertilizer for agriculture or a raw material for phosphate industry [3].

As a new branch of accounting, environmental accounting regards the sustainable development as its thinking, promotes the rational allocation of resources, and finally maximize the social benefits by drawing on environmental economics, environmental science and other related disciplinary approach and according to the related environmental laws and regulations.
Compared with western developed countries, there are few companies that expose environmental reports, and they keep a low status in the aspect of publishing environmental material.
However, under the conditions of low-carbon economy, the accounting content of environmental accounting should focus on the expansion of the following aspects: low carbon assets should include the specialized equipment or premises for energy use and savings and raw materials, low-carbon technologies for low-carbon development; low-carbon liabilities should include the long-term and short-term loans, environmental protection costs payable and resource tax payable; low-carbon equity should include corporate-owned clean energy, low-carbon capital, energy conservation fund ,etc; low-carbon cost, the cost for the low-carbon development in economic activities, should include environmental protection expenses, compensation expenses, depreciation of fixed assets such as carbon; low-carbon profits should reflect the profits of company’s developing low-carbon economy.

Abstract.
Most DSSCs utilize nanocrystalline TiO2 as the photoelectrode, however, ZnO has proven to be a promising alternative photoelectrode material owing to its nearly band gap (3.37 eV) and comparable electron injection process as that of TiO2.

Analysis on arc fault mechanism
In electric circuit, arc fault modes include series and parallel. There are two reasons about series arc fault. On the one hand, vibration causes poor contact or fracture between the electrodes in order that intermittent arc is taken place[1].It is called as point contact series arc fault. The combustion from intermittent arc lead to conductor overheating, finally ignite the outer insulation materials of conductor.
