The materials on the surface of friction pair peeled off the surface and there were some scaling pits on the surface of the wear scare, due to it exhibited plastic deformation.

Abstract.
Slicing method is one kind of new reverse design technique developed in recent years, the basic method is that some material is used to fill the part to be measured, which has larger grayscale contrast with the part, then the part is machined with small size plane cutting, the image equipment is used to capture the cutting section image step by step, the data processing software is used to process the image captured, and to restructure the 3D model [1].
The engine cylinder diameter is 65 mm, and the two cylinder shares one cooling water outlet, the material of cylinder head is cast aluminum alloy, the point cloud is shown in Fig. 2.
