Scandia stabilized zirconia (ScSZ) has been attracted much attention as candidate materials for intermediate temperature of SOFC because it has the highest ionic conductivity among another stabilized zirconia materials.
There were some main problems with ScSZ materials including it had large aging rate if scandia content was too small.
Materials Characterization Analysis.
Materials analysis was performed by using DLS Malvern Zetasizer (Malvern Co.)

Fig.5 shows the variation tendency of surface roughness with increased carbon content of workpiece materials.
Conclusions In allusion to typical die steel materials, this work performed a series of orthogonal turning experiments with ultrasonic vibration technology.
Ultrasonic vibration turning technology had great effect on improving tool life and surface quality in machining of difficult-to-cut materials.

Introduction
Since the carbon nanotubes was firstly discovered in 1991, [1] extensive research on carbon
nanotubes and other related nanoscale materials have been carried out throughout the scientific
world.
The main advantage of the wet-chemical approach is its flexibility and the level of experimental control so that a wide variety of materials can be introduced into the nanotubes.
For dielectric materials (μ'=1, μ"=0), the relative error varies between 1% (pure dielectric) and 10% (highly conductive materials).

Abstract.
To recycle waste materials, the work is concerned with development of a glass-ceramic from a Korean incinerator fly ash with a high content of Cl.
Application of glass-ceramics to make structural materials is a common process, which converts fly ash to a glass by melting at high temperature and by heat treatments.
As a result, internal crystallization occurred under a single stage heat treatment (at 850-950 for 20-340min) without adding other materials to the ash.
Hazardous Materials, 2783, 1 (2001).

Surface heat treatment with laser beam experienced self-quenching that cooled rapidly into materials without cooling agent.
Materials with high thermal conductivity properties produced a thick laser modified layer due to ease of heat penetration into the substrate [9].
