In addition, the very high ramp rates associated to the Flash anneals (~10 6 °C/sec) might even induce a modification of the defect evolution mechanism itself, as proposed by Camillo-Castillo et al. [9], who measured a different activation energy for the defect dissolution with respect to conventional anneals.
The simulation of the defect evolution in the investigated structures, has been carried out using a predictive model recently proposed by Zographos et al. [12].
The detailed investigation of the activation energies of the various defect-related mechanisms being beyond the scope of this work, we have used the "compact" defect model of Zographos et al
In order to test these different approaches and similarly to what was done in previous section, we have used the defect model of Zographos et al. [12] as follows.

Lin et al. [12], Hill et al. [13], and Kung et al. [14], functionalized MWNT with a diluted solution of HNO3 in order to have carboxylic groups on the walls of CNT.
Related with this subject, Park et al. [5], López-Bezanilla et al. [15] and Young-Su et al. [16] have made different numerical studies on the conducting properties of covalently modified metallic and semiconducting SWNT.
This electrical behavior is opposite to those results obtained by Lau et al. [6] discussed before.

Mizuano et al. [22] prepared ZrO2–mullite composite by sol-gel method using mullite and zirconia sol as the starting materials.
Shiga et al. [24] used the sol–gel methods to prepare ZrO2-mullite composites.
Khor el. al [28] prepared mullite-zirconia composites at a relatively low sintering temperature by reaction sintering plasma spheroidized (PS) zircon-alumina powders in a spark plasma sintering (SPS) system.
The rate of mullite formation in sample KA00Z is higher than in other samples and this is due to the fact that ZrO2 hinders and restricts the diffusion of Al and Si atoms to form mullite.

Ko et al. used sol-gel ZnO ETM based PSC and showed a PCE equal to about 16.5 % at 1 sun illumination [8].
In 2015, Ke et al. reach a higher efficiency of 17.2% with a low-temperature solution-processed nanocrystalline SnO2 in planar PSC [9], and in 2018, Yang et al. achieved an efficiency of 20.79% for a PSC with SnO2 as ETM layer [10].
Anaraki et al. developed a chemical bath post-treatment SnO2 PSC which brought an efficiency of 21% [11].
In addition, the presence of this layer reveals a supplementary advantage as shown by Jiang et al. [38] and Song et al. [39] being the low acidity resistance of SnO2 assumed the best ETM durability of the perovskite solar cell device.
