It was shown that the EP/MMT composites could be successfully synthesized from the raw materials only by one step, making it simpler than traditional in-situ intercalative polymerization method.
Experimental Sections 2.1 Materials and regents The pristine clay is the sodium montmorillonite from Zhejiang, with a d001 spacing of 1.26nm.
Conclusions The EP/MMT composites were successfully synthesized via one step from raw materials by the method of monomer insert in-situ polymerization.

At the present time, the most widespread approach to the description of geological materials is based on the usage of internal variables.
Using this model enables deriving constitutive equations for a wide range of geological materials with various structures (rocks, loose materials, soils and etc.) [13,14].

Because of a lack of related research on this topic, there are numerous usage defects that must be addressed urgently to improve the materials used in medical devices.
When encountering technological contradictions in the development of new medical materials, compromises must be made to ensure the comfort and health of patients.
Therefore, appropriate use of the TRIZ is crucial in solving contradictions and developing ideal medical materials.

Anchor production process was also considered to improve gradient strength of materials which can better adapt to the rock burst environment.
Researches by Scholars [4~6] under the dynamic conditions of the support design were focused more on supporting materials and supporting methods than on support optimization.

When modifying polymers, physical methods of exposure are increasingly used, ensuring the activation of materials and high performance characteristics.
One way to eliminate the disadvantages is the development of the polymeric composites materials (PCM) with introduction of complex fillers [5-9].
Materials and Methods of Research The object of research are polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE (the PN brand, GOST 10007-80) and composites on its basis.
