Materials and Methods Site description This study iscarried out in Luoboyan Natural Reserve, Sanming City, Fujian Province, China （117°34′30′′E，26°26′30′′N）.The main peak Luoboyan altitude is of 642m and the relative height of 285m.The region has a subtropical monsoon climate, with an average annual rainfall of approximately 1643mm andaverage relative humidity of 80%，average temperature of 18.4℃，and average frost-free period of 297d.The soil is mainly red soil and yellow–red soil. pH4.5～5.5The region is over 330ha,which is covered with natural mixed forests.

Because there are a large number of Marxist literatures, we should achieve automatic cataloging of Marxist literature information by technical means as far as possible so manpower and material resources can be saved.
Finally, we should make overall planning to system construction and maintenance and allocate necessary human, financial and material resources rationally to avoid waste of resources resulting from duplicate construction.

Ji Rongping and others studied using artificial dielectric material to enrich microbial to improve the lake water quality, discussed the degradation of persistent pollutants[19].
Materials and methods Experiment Equipment. 
First, make the dielectric material of plant fiber into the plant fiber rope with 2mm diameter.
If natural water contaminated by PAHs through natural selection process of domestication, some specific indigenous microorganisms and induced stress in the PAHs enzymes produced under the decomposition of PAHs will ultimately change the biotransformation of PAHs in plant fiber materials for the indigenous microbial degradation of PAHs in biochemical reactions mentioned for good micro-environment, and ultimately reach the purpose of strengthening the natural degradation of PAHs.
