The results indicate barium sulfate superfine particles are crystallized in the orthorhombic structure with lattice parameters a=7.156 Å, b=8.881 Å, and c=5.454 Å.

Anodic bonding is used to make sure that the triple-stack structure is firmly bonded together.
However, there is no uniform standard for triple-stack bonding because conventional anodic bonding is mostly aiming at duple-stack structure, very little for the three-tier structure.
