It uses optical fiber (cable) as the sensing and transmission device, through directly contacting with optical fiber (cable) or through the carrying material, passing various disturbances to the fiber (cable), carrying continuous real-time monitoring and collecting disturbance data.
All-fiber perimeter alarm system that uses optical fiber (cable) as the sensing and transmission device, through directly contacting with optical fiber (cable) or through the carrying material, such as casing soil, barbed wire, fences, etc., passing various disturbances to the fiber (cable), carrying continuous real-time monitoring and collecting disturbance data.
Through the back-end analysis, processing and intelligent identification, determining the different types of external disturbances, such as climbing barbed wire, walls, walking in the fortified area, digging open the wall, and destruction of threatening fiber (cable) carrying material to achieve real-time warning or alarm system that has the purposes of early warning and monitoring threat behavior to the perimeter area and the internal core region.

Introduction
According to the definition, artisanal and small-scale mining refers widely to miners using inadequate technical materials to run mines.
The material used of digging and washing are old ones used since the independence, only few materials have changed.
Some recommendations are suggesting in modernizing Ivory Coast, in order to avoid sell-mining products for raw materials.

The choice of composite materials as a substitute for metallic materials in high technological
applications is becoming more pronounced especially due to the great weight savings these
materials offer.

Bismuth nitrate [ Bi(NO3)3 5H2O], sodium acetate [Na(CH3COO)], potassium acetate [K(CH3COO)] and titanium butoxide [Ti(OC4H9)4] were used as the starting materials. 2-methoxyethnaol and glacial acetic acid were selected as the solvent and PH value adjusting reagent, respectively.
A single-beam Z-scan technique [13] was employed for the nonlinear optical property of the NKBT thin films, which uses the principle of spatial beam distortion to measure the magnitude and sign of the nonlinear refractive index and susceptibility c(3) of optical materials.
All the results show that NKBT piezoelectric thin films are promising materials as a candidate for nonlinear optical applications.

For the second-order vibration failure of the rotor blade, we considered the impact of random variables with the rotor blade material, the blade dimension and the rotor speed.
Titanium alloy, with the elastic modulus =118, the density =4500and the Poisson's ratio=0.34, was chosen as the rotor blade material.
As the material property is the crucial factor of blade frequency distribution, the elast- ic modulus and the density become more important than other factors.
