Conclusion
Fermentation production process control is an effective measures of brewing technology, it can without any increase in raw material and power consumption under the premise of increasing product yield, improve product quality, at the same time also can reduce labor intensity, improve working conditions, improve the level of fermentation process and production management level.

Site description
This study iscarried out in Luoboyan Natural Reserve, Sanming City, Fujian Province, China (117°34′30′′E,26°26′30′′N).The main peak Luoboyan altitude is of 642m and the relative height of 285m.The region has a subtropical monsoon climate, with an average annual rainfall of approximately 1643mm andaverage relative humidity of 80%,average temperature of 18.4℃,and average frost-free period of 297d.The soil is mainly red soil and yellow–red soil. pH4.5~5.5The region is over 330ha,which is covered with natural mixed forests.

Introduction While a rich literature can be found on the electrical properties of n-type material [1,2], very few studies for p-type epilayers are present due to the less availability of suitable substrates and difficulty in the formation of ohmic contacts.
It is known that high temperature annealing (above 1000 oC) gives rise to new levels in the band gap in as-grown material [3] and this is also true for 1 MeV electron-irradiated 6H-SiC [4].
Experimental details The starting material was Al-doped p-type 6H-SiC (0001), purchased from CREE.
