To overcome this difficulty, the ceramic superconducting
material is often put into a metal sheath and drawn into a thin composite wire [2,3].
This is understandable because EPR itself is an amorphous material.
Obviously, EPR is present in the grain boundaries of the composite material and still exists even after sintering at 600°C.

Introduction
As an important characteristic of materials, structural damping is always unnegligible in engineering vibration and structure control.
In order to respond to the stress-strain relation of material better and eliminate the dependency on excitation frequency of damping force, the complex damping is used, which says the damping force is proportional to displacement and in phase to velocity [2].

General the structure of a FTS is made by a whole metal material, so the stiffness, natural frequency and other parameters are fixed, to adjust the flexible hinge, the entire structure need to design and processing, that could not be partially replaced by specific structure[1].
