However, the displacement control approach is proven to be an efficient technique for non-linear plasticity analysis such as to model the compaction behaviour of powder materials since at low density levels, a large deformation can be resulted by a small amount of load [13].
The method is based on Hill's variational principle for incremental deformations and is ideally suited to isotropically Prandtl-Reuss materials and high-speed deformation.

Materials show different fracture behavior under dynamic load from that in static load.
Moreover, a singularity stress field is formed in the part around defects when the defect like the crack exists in the material, and a rapid decrease in material strength is caused.
As a light metal material which substitutes it for the resin material it not to be possible to follow to the flow of thin, light and small products in respect of the rigidity in the consumer electronic field recently, and lightness and the high strength material such as magnesium alloys try to be used widely.

Ultrasonic vibration turning possess the advantages of small cutting force, high efficiency, high machining accuracy, high surface precision and long tool life [10], so it applies to precision machining and ultra precision processing of difficult machining materials such as hardened steel.
Materials and Experimental procedures Materials.
The main cause of residual compressive stress induced in turning process was a large plastic deformation produced in materials surface , which PCBN cutter flank Repeatedly pressed on GCr15 bearing steel and negative chamfer and Obtuse parts of cutter extruded material in front of cutter .
The springback amount of GCr15 surface materials reduces with deformation increasing, so the ironing effect weakened when ultrasonic turning GCr15 bearing steel.

Introduction
Phase Change Materials (PCMs) are latent heat storage materials.
PCM are effective, they store 5 to 14 times more heat per unit volume than conventional storage materials such as water, masonry, or rock.
