Quality improvement of the structure of thick sheets and plates, increasing the level of mechanical properties, minimization of energy and labor costs in the process of manufacturing could be achieved by using new methods of die forging and rolling with the implementation of severe alternating deformation.
In which connection, strain degree determines microstructure of metal and end-use properties of the workpiece essentially.
In which connection summary degree of strain is deficient and cast structural defect and nonuniformity of mechanical property appear in the plate [7].

The indentation method is able for use in determining the fracture properties of materials.
Subsequently, a new method was developed to determine the stress intensity factors of the indentation problem based on the conservation law [3].
The Vickers indentation test on soda-lime glass was used as an example of application to evaluate the actual stress intensity factors (SIF) [6].
The specimen is set to have the following properties; the Young`s modulus, E = 392 GPa, Poisson`s ratio, ν = 0.27, and fracture toughness, KIc = 4.7 MPa m1/2.
The crack propagation underneath the indentation and the development of the stress intensity factors along the crack length has been predicted.

Introduction One of the key factors affecting the behaviour and reliability of reinforced concrete structures strengthened with externally bonded fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites is the bond behaviour between the external plate and the concrete substrate [1].
This mechanical interlocking is affected by the steel bar profile, bar size, bar surface conditions, concrete cover, and concrete quality.
Mechanical properties of the material are shown in Table.2.
The advantages of FRP vs. steel for this application are primarily the better resistance to corrosion, the ease and speed of application due to the lightweight properties, and the optimization of the grooving process.
And the effective length mainly depends on the physical properties of GFRP or AAB and surrounding material, especially on the shear modulus, namely, GGFRP and GCEMENT.

Introduction One of the most challenging problems of the material science is the influence of hydrogen on the mechanical properties of materials.
The mechanical material properties degrade because of this hard interaction.
Therefore, the factors of sorption α and desorption β of hydrogen are a linear function of strain.
It allows one to take a linear relationship between these factors (3) The dependence (1,3) describes the material properties modification during the hydrogen redistribution within the material.

In view of possible scaling up to particular industrial applications, a detailed characterization of the microstructure, morphology, physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the coatings was performed.
Ceramic materials are particularly interesting because they show excellent mechanical and heat resistance properties and tend to be chemically inert.
A detailed characterization of the microstructure, morphology, physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the coating was performed to compare the different technologies.

The mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures used in highways construction depend to large extent on the type and quantity of the used asphalt [3].
Given the scarcity of experimental data on hot-mix asphalt thermal properties, constant pavement density and thermal properties are typically assumed.
Determining of these temperatures is not an easy process, since it is not only depending on the ambient air temperature, but it also affected by hot-mix asphalt properties and surrounding environmental conditions.
In reality, no object absorbs or emits radiation perfectly, so factors representing a materials absorptance () and emittance () must be included in radiation models.
These factors have values between 0 and unity, and represent the fraction of total radiative energy absorbed and emitted, respectively, by a surface.

Optimization of the flame-spraying process and improvement of properties of a NiCrBSi coating by heat treatment J.
Subsequent heat treatment of the NiCrBSi coating showed significant adhesion strength increase and improvement of microstructural properties. 1.
Quality of adhesion bond with a substrate greatly affects the performance of coatings.
A final stage of producing NiCrBSi coatings is heat treatment, which should improve the properties of coatings.
The structure analysis indicates strong inhomogeneity of the NiCrBSi microstructure prior to heat treatment and essential improvement of the coating properties after heat treatment.

Towards the highway bridges, the main factors affected automobile riding comfort is deck roughness and bridge vibration caused by passing vehicle.
Random Bridge Deck Roughness Random bridge deck roughness is an important factor affecting the vehicle-bridge dynamic response of highway bridges.
In engineering practice, the power spectral density is usually used to describe the statistical properties of random road deck roughness.
Recent research demonstrates that speed and bridge deck roughness are the most significant factors for vehicle vertical dynamic response[4].
