Current researches done on palm fiber composite had mainly focused on tensile and flexural properties.
The main factors and parameters used are shown in Table 1.
When performing an experiment, varying the levels of the factors simultaneously rather than one at a time is efficient in terms of time and cost, and also allows for the study of interactions between the factors.
Fig. 3 elucidates response of the significant factors.

The amount of energy stored and released from the board is dependent on various factors, such as the height and movement of the landing acrobat, the mass and movement of the taking-off acrobat, and the mechanical properties of the board.
Unlike most sports, most manufacturers don’t measure or know the mechanical properties of circus equipment they build.
The teeterboard and the hockey stick share similar properties.

The factors which could affect the loading and unloading characteristics were the difference in alloy composition and the condition of heat treatment.
The NiTi alloy was used as an orthodontic archwire because of its unique properties of super-elasticity and shape memory.
The mechanical properties of the wire were changed by heating to allow the shaping of the archwire.

BRA is composed of 70~80 percent Buton rock (BR) minerals and 20~30 percent pure rock asphalt (RA), which is formed by the function so-called “adsorption~ integration~ deposition” between ancient oil and volcanic ash owing to the effect of different kinds of environmental factors including heat energy, temperature, water, enzyme, pressure and geology.
All previous studies show that BRA has some wonderful pavement performance properties, for example: high softening point, high content of nitrogen, non-wax, high molecular weight, high viscosity, strong anti-oxidation and spalling-resistance, good durability and corrosion resistance, easy of processing and storage, good compatibility and non-segregation.
Because of the effect of “adsorption~ integration~ deposition” in billons of years, the mechanical properties, adhesion property and spalling-resistance capability of “BR~RA” blend are much better than ordinary mastic composed by matrix asphalt and slag.
In addition, the special “BR~RA” blend microstructure of BRA possesses wonderful mechanical properties, adhesion property and spalling-resistance capability.
Its performance is affected by temperature, load and time significantly.

The numerical factors are calculated from single crystal elastic constants.
Other materials properties can affect the sound velocity.
Usually, for a specific metallic alloy, texture is the main factor affecting velocity.
The numerical factors are calculated from single crystal elastic third order elastic constants in the case of isotropic texture symmetry.

The indentation method is able for use in determining the fracture properties of materials.
Subsequently, a new method was developed to determine the stress intensity factors of the indentation problem based on the conservation law [3].
The Vickers indentation test on soda-lime glass was used as an example of application to evaluate the actual stress intensity factors (SIF) [6].
The specimen is set to have the following properties; the Young`s modulus, E = 392 GPa, Poisson`s ratio, ν = 0.27, and fracture toughness, KIc = 4.7 MPa m1/2.
The crack propagation underneath the indentation and the development of the stress intensity factors along the crack length has been predicted.

By summarizing of Tonpilz and Janus-type transducer influence factors, such as transducer structure type, geometry parameters, the rule of redressing the mechanical quality factor Qm is investigated, and the trend of extending the frequency band by multi-mode coupling is got.
Piezoelectric ceramic sheet thickness and the number play a major role in the operating frequency of the transducer, the mechanical quality factor and electrical impedance properties.
The character of Janus transducer is that, compact structure, simple design, can be used for middle or high-power acoustic signal transmitting, easily usage for array, good physical properties, manufacturing technology is more mature, and its own symmetrical structure of the transducer can effectively reduce the mechanical quality factor Qm value when it subject to the same fluid resistance.
Their common purpose is to decrease the mechanical quality factor Qm value, thereby increase bandwidth.
It is shown that the cavity radius and height is a most important influential factor that can affect transmitting voltage response.

The results showed that artificial intelligence prediction was able to more accurately predict the effect of the factors studied on the fracture toughness of PMMA compared to the traditional fracture toughness prediction.
To know how the above factors affect fracture toughness most of the general methods have to be tested on real materials which will cause quite a lot of expenses.
The ASED criterion was predicted based on the materials will be fractured when the average strain energy density around the crack tip over a control volume reaches critical strain energy () which depended on materials and notch properties.
The data preparation was started by reducing the different scale of input factors with normalization technique to range 0 to 1.
The loading rate (R), crack width (C), and crack length ratio (a0/W) was selected as input factors of AI models, and fracture toughness (KI) was selected as output or target of models.
