According to the Chongqing Municipal Institute of Environmental Sciences for many years on the river basin water quality monitoring results show that, by the sewage overflow effect, two rivers basin water pollution factors of oil, phenol, mercury, ammonia nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand and other.[3]
Chongqing urban drainage system in the construction and use of the process, or occupation of city sewer location, in the sewer district building, destroying the city drainage facilities, forcing the city drainage channel diversion phenomenon has repeatedly happen.

Experimental materials and methods
Experimental site
The field experiment was carried out in the RANZHUANG Water Resources Experiment Station which locates at QINGYUAN County in Hebei province and belongs to semi-humid continental monsoon climate zone, annual average temperature is 12.1℃, annual average precipitation is 500mm, which concentrates in summer (from June to September), accounting for 81.3% of annual rainfall, annual average evaporation of water is 974.8mm (E-601).
