A measurement system for analysis of chemical and biological materials invasively has been developed by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total reflection (FTIR-ATR) techniques [7].
Experiment and Methods Experimental Materials, Instrument The experimental setup included an FTIR spectrometer(Vertex 70,Bruker Analytic GmbH Hamburg, Germany )with an attenuated total reflection (ATR) ZnSe prism(diameter=5mm) which represents the internal reflectance element(IRE).As shown in Figure 1,The incident light undergoes three total reflections of 45º at the prism/human skin interface, Each ATR spectrum in vivo of middle finger was the average of 32 scans in the spectral regions of 800 cm−1 - 1200 cm−1, the room temperature range oscillated between 25-27℃ ; resolution was set at 4cm-1.
about tissue fluid reached the surface of skin with time, finally the materials between the stratum corneum and the prism reached equilibrium and there was no additional materials could reach form the stratum corneum to the surface of skin, so the last six spectra remained stable as Figure 2 shows and the last six ratio values were nearly equal as Figure 3 shows.
The result shows there are some materials about tissue fluid reached the surface of skin with time.

Basalt materials are classified according to their SiO2 content as alkaline basalts (up to 42% SiO2), mildly acid basalts (43 to 46% SiO2) and acid basalts (over 46% SiO2).
Materials and their processing Fig. 1. shows the schema of continuous basalt fiber production.
Contrarily, tensile modulus is higher than flexural modulus in case of all tested materials.

A kind of cultural ecological crisis which advocates material and ignores humane has occurred in colleges.
Recently, in this age with highly developed science and rich material, colleges must take a lofty historical responsibility to rebuild the image of human spirit homes as well as ideal position, solve the problem of spirit missing as well as faith crisis in this material world, and establish the mainstream values, for the purpose of making their due contribution for the economic and social development.
