Introduction
Obtainment of high-quality thick layers and bulk crystals of AlN suitable for use as substrates for optoelectronic and high-power microwave electronic devices is a currently pressing problem of modern semiconductor science and technology.
Another problem of AlN sublimation growth is high aggressivity of aluminum vapors, which extremely limits the choice of container material.
The main container material – tungsten can not be used for growth on SiC wafers, because at growth temperatures it forms eutectic with silicon vapors.
That is why we suggest tantalum carbide as a container material.

Abstract: This paper focuses on an effective way to improve the thermostability of
poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB).
However, it must be noted that PHB is a somewhat stiff and brittle material, readily subject to thermal decomposition.
Advantages of radiation grafting include no requirement of a catalyst or an initiator, polymeric material forms at room temperature, superior suitability for high purity biomaterial production and an easily manageable reaction.
Experimental Material.

Abstract.
The material is high strength dilute alloy steel Q345, the elastic modulus is 2.1E+11N/m^2, the poisson ratio is 0.3, the density is 7850kg/m^3 and the yield strength is 3.51E+8Pa.
For the most basic problem involving a linear elastic material which obeys Hooke’s Law, the matrix equations take the form of a dynamic three dimensional spring mass system.
