In this study, it is discussed the microstructures for obtaining either exchange coupling or magnetostatic coupling in real materials.
Thus, the problem is not exactly materials property, but fundamentally cost of the alloy and cost of production.
These materials need to be nanocrystalline with single domain particle size or less for maximization of magnetic properties.

First, the raw materials for CaCO3, CuO and TiO2 were prepared and weight according to the stoichiometric ratio for undoped CCTO.
The raw materials were then mixed via ball milling process for 1 hour using an alumina jar.
Zirconia balls were used as the grinding media with mass ratio of balls to raw materials of 10: 1.

Electrochemical reaction occurring in the SOFC cathode is the reduction of oxygen, therefore cathode materials for SOFC have to posses many properties.
The-state-of-the-art cathode material, LSM-ScSZ composite material was used to investigate cathode degradation.

To meet the strength require of the repair cement based materials, some methods must be tried to activate the potential reactivity of natural pozzolan.
In previous literatures [6-8], it has been found that the addition of proper activators can obviously increase the strength of cement based materials.
