According to statistics, the lose of the steel material due to the splash accounts for 0.5%-5% of the total steel material, during the malignant splash the loss of the steel material accounted for more than 10% of the total steel material.
Due to the higher temperature, the small volume-capacity ratio and high carbon content (above 8%), long smelting time(one times than steelmaking) and raw material containing higher impurities such as S ,the result in the splash rate of ferroalloy production is higher.
Normal smelting intensity of audio are called standard sound intensity,in terms of A, due to the material composition and calculation error, the standard sound intensity is not a constant, but a range, referred as the standard sound intensity belt, recorded as (A-△,A+△), The sound intensity is too high to impending frothy splash when the corresponding sound intensity as Amax.Else the sound intensity is too low to impending metal splash of sound intensity as Amin.

Combination of PV power generation and construction has the advantages of saving land, improving power generation efficiency, reducing the transmission line investment and loss, replacing or partially substituting for building materials.
The unit cost of power generation has a relationship with solar cell material cost and the inverter cost, as long as the minimum cost of material and inverter, will be able to make the power-generation minimum cost.
Constraints are mainly considered that use area of PV cell materials should not be greater than the area of all outside surfaces of building.

Reference [6] proposed the transformer aging model to calculate the failure rate according the relationship between furfural content and DP, this model only considers the influence of solid insulating materials aging.
So the main reason of transformer aging includes the solid insulating materials aging and insulating oil aging, we can judge the transformer aging degree through its on-line state monitoring information.
Although DGA information can more fully characterize the internal latent failures development, the insulating oil aging can be resolved through the oil filter regeneration or replacement and solid insulating materials aging are not changed.
The average DP index can be more essential to reflect the decomposition degree of the solid insulating materials.
