Metamaterials are artificial composite structures or composite materials, which possess supernormal physical properties that natural materials don’t have.
Through orderly designing the structures in the critical physical size of materials, we can render the materials to break through some restriction in some certain apparent natural laws.
He presented that these materials have negative permittivity and negative permeability simultaneously in special frequency range.
Therefore, the first left-handed materials come out to human being [3].
And the founding of left-handed materials has been selected as one of the “ten key” scientific breakthrough by American <<Science>>magazine in 2003, which triggered worldwide research on this new material.

In order to obtain excellent properties of the materials, several methods have been investigated in recent years.
Then after ball-milled for another 24h, the mixture of materials was calcined at 920 °C with 4 wt% Bi2O3 and at 1150 ºC without Bi2O3 in air and held for 5h.
The hysteresis loops of La-substituted hexaferrites show a behavior of the hard magnetic materials with high coercive field, as shown in Fig.3.

In that hash environment, conventional metal materials cannot be competent and high temperature resistant composite materials have to be applied.
The high temperature caused by aerodynamic heating changes the properties of the vehicle materials and structures, leading to changes in the vibration characteristics of the wings and rudder.
