Factors that cause fatigue failure are working stress, number of cycles, surface roughness and material properties.
The applied stress shall not exceed the fatigue limit of the material.
Fatigue Limit (fatigue strength, endurance limit) of the material can be determined by fatigue test.

Therefore, the use of alternative materials to Portland cement (PC) should be considered.
These alternative materials are used as substitutes or additives and can naturally be derived or manufactured.
This allows industrial and domestic waste to be used as an alternative to concrete-forming materials such as cement [2].

Collapse of cavitation bubbles causes breaking of bonds between molecule units and inflences short-term breaking of van der Waals bonds which alters viscosity of raw materials.
This can be explained by the fact that after long-term processing of hydrocarbon raw materials aqueous phase stops forming which makes transition of sulfur compounds into aqueous phase more difficult.

The applied stress causes changes in the resistance of the piezoresistive material enabling the measurement of input variable.
Taking into account the boundary conditions of a cantilever (R » L), the above equation can be solved and the deflection of the cantilevers, δ can be written as, … (4) Where L is the length of the cantilever from Eq .4, it can be seen that materials with different Young Modulus values determine the deflection behavior of the cantilever where lower value yields higher deflection.
A piezoresistive material changes its electrical conductivity under stress changes.

According the mastered data and materials, make the average annual surface water resources deduct the river ecological basic flow and flood discharge, take available surface water resources [4], the product of groundwater recharge and mineable coefficient is available groundwater resources, then calculate the available water resources of different regions and rivers, summarizes its characteristics and law.
The data comes from “Shaanxi Water Conservancy Statistical Yearbook” [5] and” Shaanxi Water Resources Integrated Planning” [6], also references the “Shaanxi Water Function Regionalization "and other materials.
Although regional hydrogeology condition analysis, according to the total groundwater recharge, underground water level observation, actual yield, and other material, carries on simulation and calculation, confirm the mineable coefficient, and then calculate available groundwater resources of region.
Wg,a=ρWg,r (4) Wg,a is available groundwater; ρ is groundwater mineable coefficient; Wg,r is groundwater recharge; According to relevant materials and calculation [6], the North Shaanxi annual average groundwater recharge is 1.04 billion m3, average mineable coefficient is 0.55, so the available groundwater resources in North Shaanxi is 571 million m3, including 458 million m3 of Yulin.

This is used for moving grouting material for borehole sealing and soil-removing from auger bits.
Improving technical-economical parameters for various methods of borehole drilling for construction purposes with vibration impact is related to improving the following processes: – Overcoming friction between the pipe (probe, drilling bit) and soil; – Crushing hard and coherent soil; – Removing clay particle from water-bearing layers and separating such particles from each other; – Using chemical agents for solving chemicals that colmate filters and filter zone of the water-bearing layer in water boreholes; – Fractional laying of free-flowing material for creating sand-gravel filter in the water-bearing layer; – Pumping water with particles from the borehole and pumping chemical agents behind the filter contour; – Moving soil and grouting materials.
Besides, if vibration is applied to the pipe when displacement piles are driven in, this makes it possible to efficiently compact cement mix and improve the load-bearing capacity of piles, both in the material quality and the factor related to increased lateral friction force (Fig. 2).
Conclusion The practice shows that using the vibration method allows not only increasing the labor productivity and decreasing the materials and energy consumption for various operations during construction works and boreholes drilling, but will also often make it possible to significantly change the technology and obtain new results that would not be possible using other methods than vibration.
