Raise the level of scientific fertilization: to vigorously promote soil testing fertilization, formular fertilization, precise fertilization technology, to formulate crop fertilization technology discipline according to different soil and different crops, different growth period and product quality requirements, to improve fertilizer use method, to promote integrated soil fertilizer technology, to control farmland fertilizer loss and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer.
2.3.3 Strengthen agricultural mulching film pollution prevention and control
Adjust the use proportion of agricultural mulching film, improve the proportion of degradable film and longevity film, actively develop and introduce other biodegradable mulching material for agricultural production, reduce the area using the conventional agricultural film year by year.
