Materials and Methods In order to assess how the application of fertilizer at the time of planting affects the growth of young pines and spruces and their physiology, then in 2020 on June 4, seedlings with fertilizer (FP – fertilized plots) and without (CP – control plots) were planted near each other in eight areas of the Latvian state forest areas where the soil was prepared in raised areas (mounds) and in seven areas where the soil was prepared in furrows.
Certified reference materials USGS-40 and USGS-41 (L-Glutamic acid) were used.

In many cases, the video lectures are presented in the form of tablet recording, and the worst approach is to teach learners by showing and reading materials page by page.
Learning Resource Learning resources consist of textbooks and additional materials including web pages, journals and other books relevant to this course.
It should be stressed here that the quantity of additional materials in each lesson is no more than five as too much resources may eventually lead to the lost of enthusiasm.

Therefore, PLGA should be used with other materials, such as ceramics, to buffer pH.
Materials & Methods Reagents PLGA (lactic acid:glycolic acid ratio 75:25; molecular weight 15,000–30,000 Da), sodium alginate (viscosity 300-400 cp), sodium deoxycholate and all organic solvents (dichloromethane (DCM), acetonitrile; analytical grade) were purchased from Wako Pure Chemical Industries (Osaka, Japan).

Hardness in the nugget zones of all welds was lower than that of base material.
Materials and Methods The material used in this study was AA2014-T6 in the form of 5mm thick sheets.
Thus the material is not fully plasticized and gets solidified before filling the gap behind the advancing tool.
