The corresponding problem of cumulative damage was studied experimentally in the laboratory of the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague.
This phenomenon, if it is caused by the material nonlinearity, could fatally affect the fatigue response of the system affected by the cyclic loading.

Based on ANSYS, using Block Lanczos modal extraction analyze ball screw feeding system in Figure.2, the process of analysis of the screw preload imposed , nut at the middle of screw.In the finite element modal of the process of the input material properties are: elastic modulus 210GPa , density, poisson's ratio of 0.3; radial stiffness of guide , damping; axial stiffness of screw , radial stiffness of screw ; axial stiffness of bearing , radial stiffness of bearing .

For this kind of thin-slab structure such as canal lining concrete plate, to avoid or reduce the cracks of concrete and ensure engineering quality, we should start with the excavation and earth-fill of the foundation, selection of concrete material, pouring and curing of the concrete etc., all factors should be considered comprehensively, and the technical specification and procedures for construction should be in accordance with in the process of concrete lining construction.
