Coal gangue hill's surface weathered material is coarse and have a poor porosity .The soil has a bad water supply capacity and water retention capability[7].
At present coal gangue utilization technology has been widely used in building materials preparation, power generation, chemical utilization, landfill, Which have obtained good environment economic benefits. The main technologies include coal gangue brick technology, coal gangue system cement technology, coal gangue extraction chemical raw materials technology, coal gangue system ceramic technology, coal gangue power generation technology, coal gangue paving and backfill technology, etc.Because the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue technology development is difficult, expend cost is high, the coal gangue technology research and development progress is slow, the technology currently can not meet the needs of sustainable development, more advanced technology research and development is still needed[10]. 3 Peroration The governance and management of coal gangue could ease the orefield ecological environment destruction pressure, promote the economic and the regional sustainable

The Barkhausen effect in ferromagnetic materials as a typical example provides a good way to study the dynamical universality of complex disorders [1-6].
In the traditional Barkhausen noise experiment, the magnetization dynamics are detected by a coil wound around the magnetic material.
