The constitutive parameters were gained from room- and high-temperature tensile tests of the material in the as-cast condition.
Effective stress or hardening parameter contours provide us with useful information on yielding of the material.
Acknowledgments This research was carried out under the project number 05237 in the framework of the Research Program of the Materials innovation institute (www.m2i.nl), former Netherlands Institute for Metals Research.

Inquiry teaching methods mainly include active construction situtation, science inquiry and creating valid situation.
That is, students learn in a similar way or by simulating the procedure of science research.
It is also reflected in creating sociable situation to make students cooperate with each other, shaping the team spirit of science inquiry[1-3].
It still need to integrate with other disciplines, knowledge and materials to conduct more meticulous and scientific setup and guidance, need inspiration and urgement, assistance and summary, consistent adjustment to achieve the anticipative teaching effect and to meet the personnel training requirements gradually.

These properties can be used as high temperature materials [5], catalyst [6, 7] and optical coatings [8-10].
Silva had reported that by providing molecular level mixing between the starting materials can reduce the calcinations temperature and time [17].
The fabrication of patch antenna was done with (1-x)ZnAl2O4 – xSiO2 compounds as a dielectric materials.
This phenomena had been reported by Nefedov [29] where the dielectric materials can help to reduce the antenna dimensions but also give and effect to the decreasing of the antenna bandwidth.
