The insulated Cu wire terminals (usually Cu or Cu alloy, Ni, Kovar, etc.) of many electronic devices and components are frequently plated with materials (such as Au, Ag, Ni or tin) to improve corrosion resistance or to obtain a unique combination of mechanical, thermal, and electrical characteristics [1,5,7].
However, these plating materials may dramatically influence joining processes and hence joint quality, compared to the joining of the same substrates without plating.

Systematic Planning of Pubilic Art in Suzhou-city Yaozhi Huang School of architecture and urban planning, Suzhou University of Science and Technology Chinese Academy of Sciences, Research Center of mountain towns and Regional Environmental hpxxx007@163.com Key words: city sculpture system; implementation and management of plan; suzhou Abstract: Urban sculpture works is a huge system what include the level, the sequence structure when you examines carefully from the plan angle, therefore the urban sculpture system planning is a special plan in the level of master plan.
In 2001, the concept of “Public Art System Planning” was raised in“Guangzhou Science City Planning”[] “Urban Sculpture Planning of Guangzhou Science City ” which was issued by Mr.
Yancheng Normal College Journal 2008,28(5):118-120
“Suzhou Public Art System Planning” has specified such 7 controlling factors as theme and type, function and format, appreciation character, size and shape, site demands, material and color.
It main contents should include: locations of all public artworks and sculptures, numbers of all public artworks and sculptures, the structures and levels of public art sytem plannings where all public artworks and sculptures are located, themes and subject matters, functions and types, appreciation characters, sizes and land-use demands and materials of all public artworks and sculptures, 6 Conclusion To formulate and enact public art system planning, is mainly to facilitate local governments to advance city construciton in a planned and rational and scientific way.

This is because the raw waste disposed by Plant NH has part of leather; while NaCl, FeCl3 and other kinds of chloride are normally used in leather industry for antisepsis, demineralization and leather dyeing, and the raw material of leatherette also contain high concentration of chlorine.
