Introduction Chongqing University of Science and Technology aims at fostering qualified talent, developing science and serving society.
Section II describes how the course is taught in the Chongqing University of Science and Technology, and in Section III typical projects are discussed in detail, Section IV contains the effect of teaching, Finally, Section V make conclusions.
The whole teaching material for this course include teaching courseware ( PPT file, contains graphic images ), some commonly used electrical animation courseware, a complete teaching plan, teaching syllabus, curriculum evaluation norm theory, practice teaching evaluation standard, PLC experimental guide books, PLC project design guide book and test paper database.
Effect Of Teaching Since 2004, we have 8 years of PLCs teaching practice on the undergraduate students after the Chongqing university of Science and Technology established through the incorporation of former Chongqing Polytechnic College and Chongqing Petroleum College.

Introduction In recent years, ferroelectric materials have attracted great interest for their widely potential applications, including dynamic random access memories, microwave filters, infrared detectors and dielectric phase shifters [H1H, H2H].
The Fe doped PST precursor solutions were synthesized using lead acetate tri-hydrate Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O, strontium acetate semi-hydrate Sr(CH3COO)2·1/2H2O, ferric nitrate Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and titanium butoxide Ti(OC4H9)4 as the starting materials.

The contamination hazard from ambient air mainly appears in the human health, agriculture, forestry and materials.
Based on the relations between concentration and sources and the loss calculation for pollution hazards, a model for regional atmospheric environmental capacity can be established with largest allowed emission(least abatement cost) and least loss by contamination (herewith only concerning the losses to human health, agriculture and forestry by the air pollution without the loss to materials).
