Despite not being detected in the elemental chemical composition experiment, the significant element in the chemical formula of kaolinite, Al2(Si2O5)(OH)4, is aluminum (Al).
Unlike other types of clay, aluminum (Al) was notably missing from the composition of the anthill clay.
