Through the analysis on the influence and mechanism of cutting parameters to milling force, offering the meaningful theory support to the practice. 1 Experiment Devices and Ways The work piece material of experiment is nickel base super alloy GH4169, and its physical properties as the table 1 shows; the machine tool is EMCO FAMUP MC120-60 four-axis milling center as the figure.1 shows; the tool is the machine clamp type tool which the diameter of the cutter is 64mm, the helix angle is 0°, and the caster angle is 6°, in addition, the type of blade is Salon cc6060 ceramic tip, and the table 2 describe its parameters clearly.
2.3influence of radial cutting depth to milling force When chose the milling speed v=864m/min, feed per tooth fz=0.1mm and axial cutting depth ae=31.5mm, from the figure.6 depicts, the trends of milling force Fx, Fy and Fz are tend to decline after rise, then rise again, Fx and Fz reach to the minimum value of 1098.4 N and 625.8N at the radial cutting depth ap=0.5mm, while Fy reaches to the minimum value of 1158.4N at the radial cutting depth ap=1.3mm. 2.4establishment of milling force empirical formula Studies reveal that formula of complicated exponential relationship could explain the influence of milling parameters to milling force [3], on account of the discontinue blades milling, the milling force has the nature of periodic pulsation, therefore, milling force models of X,Y and Z direction as the follow shows: Fx=Kxapa1fza2va3,Fy=Kyapb1fzb2vb3,Fz=Kzapc1fzc2vc3 (1) In Formula: Kx,Ky,Kz——Coefficient relates to work piece material

The composite coatings which contain diamond particles owing to their hardness and wear resistant properties facilitate the development of the micro-diamond grinding tool, which can be utilized to machine hard and brittle materials, such as fine ceramics, optical glass, and tungsten carbide, and even for micro-cutting [9-10].
