Introduction Microfluidic technology is a new branch of biotechnology over the past decade [1], it integrates the microchannels, pumps, valves, pool reservoirs and microdetection devices on the matrix materials by using MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology, and the biochemical reaction and detection could be achieved through controlling the sample flow in the micro-channel, so it has been widely applied in biochemical analysis.
